Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using RepairForge.
Last Updated: May 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RepairForge governing access to and use of the RepairForge cloud-based software platform, including our website at https://www.getrepairforge.com, web and mobile-optimized applications, application programming interfaces (“APIs”), documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, clicking an acceptance button, accessing the Services, or using any feature of RepairForge, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business entity you represent.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. Your use of certain integrations (including Google Calendar, Stripe, Square, and QuickBooks) may also be subject to third-party terms presented by those providers.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process personal information and is incorporated by reference to the extent applicable.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for commercial use by repair shops and related businesses. You represent that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information.
RepairForge may refuse registration or suspend access where we reasonably believe eligibility requirements are not met or where provision of the Services would violate applicable law or export controls.
3. Description of Services
RepairForge provides software-as-a-service tools for repair shop operations, including without limitation point of sale, repair ticket and workflow management, inventory and parts tracking, customer relationship management, appointment scheduling, communications features, payment facilitation through integrated processors, operational reporting, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Google Calendar, Stripe, Square, and QuickBooks Online. Specific features, limits, and availability may vary by subscription plan and are described on our website or within your account.
RepairForge may modify, enhance, or discontinue features from time to time, provided that we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during the current subscription term without a commercially reasonable remedy or refund where required by these Terms or applicable law.
4. Account Registration and Security
You must register for an account to access most features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep passwords and authentication factors confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials, including actions taken by employees or contractors you authorize.
You must promptly notify RepairForge of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident. RepairForge is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized use of your account where such use could not reasonably have been prevented by RepairForge.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
Access to paid features requires a subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (or as otherwise selected at checkout) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in accordance with these Terms or your plan’s cancellation workflow. All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated; you are responsible for taxes associated with your purchase.
Fees are charged to the payment method on file with our billing provider (for example, Stripe). If payment fails, RepairForge may suspend access until payment is received. Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing by RepairForge, fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial subscription periods or unused seats.
RepairForge may change pricing or introduce new fees with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the effective date of a pricing change constitutes acceptance unless you cancel before the change takes effect.
6. Founder Promotion & Billing
RepairForge may offer limited-time founder pricing or other promotional access. Eligibility, duration, and feature scope will be presented at signup or within the product. Limited-time founder offer: first 3 months billed at $1/month, then automatically renews at the regular monthly subscription price unless canceled.
Unless you cancel before a promotional period ends, your subscription may continue at the standard monthly rate for the plan you selected and your payment method may be charged accordingly.
RepairForge may terminate or modify promotional offers at any time. Promotional access may not include all production-grade features, service levels, or support commitments unless stated otherwise.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:
- Use the Services to violate privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or any third-party agreement.
- Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to RepairForge systems or other tenants’ data, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Use the Services to send unlawful spam, harass individuals, or process unlawful goods or services.
- Misrepresent identity, manipulate payment systems, or use test cards or fraudulent payment methods in production environments.
RepairForge may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We may remove content or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these standards.
8. Customer Data
“Customer Data” means all electronic data, text, messages, files, and other materials that you or your users submit to the Services, including customer profiles, repair tickets, inventory records, communications, and attachments. As between you and RepairForge, you retain all right, title, and interest in your Customer Data.
You grant RepairForge a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have obtained all rights, consents, and authorizations necessary to submit Customer Data and to permit RepairForge to process it as contemplated herein.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and means by which you acquired Customer Data, including compliance with consumer protection, telecommunications, employment, and data protection laws applicable to your business.
9. Third-Party Integrations
The Services may interoperate with third-party products, including Google Calendar, Stripe, Square, and QuickBooks Online. When you enable an integration, you authorize RepairForge to access and exchange data with that third party as needed to perform the integration. Third-party services are not under RepairForge’s control and are provided “as is” by the applicable vendor.
For Google Calendar, RepairForge may read calendars you authorize and create, update, or delete events to synchronize appointments, subject to the permissions you grant. OAuth tokens are stored using secure server-side practices and used only to provide requested functionality.
Payment card data is processed by Stripe and/or Square according to their terms. RepairForge does not store full payment card numbers. Accounting data synchronized with QuickBooks is subject to Intuit’s terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with third-party terms and for configuring integrations appropriately.
10. Data Security
RepairForge implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect Customer Data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that use of cloud services involves inherent risks and you are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your devices and networks.
RepairForge’s security obligations do not extend to vulnerabilities caused by your misuse, third-party integrations you configure, or compromises of your credentials.
11. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information about the other party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential (“Confidential Information”). The receiving party will use the same degree of care it uses to protect its own similar information, but not less than reasonable care, and will not disclose Confidential Information except to personnel and advisors who need to know and who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Confidential Information does not include information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, independently developed, rightfully received from a third party, or required to be disclosed by law (provided prompt notice where permitted). Customer Data is your Confidential Information; aggregated, de-identified analytics derived from use of the Services may be used by RepairForge subject to our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
RepairForge and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, user interfaces, documentation, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
You may not copy, frame, mirror, or scrape the Services except as permitted by RepairForge in writing or as necessary for your ordinary use of the product through supported interfaces.
13. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations, or other feedback about the Services (“Feedback”), you grant RepairForge a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, incorporate, and commercialize Feedback without obligation or attribution to you, and you waive any moral rights therein to the extent permitted by law.
14. Service Availability
RepairForge endeavors to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, security patches, or events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting provider failures, or force majeure events.
Unless a separate service level agreement expressly states otherwise, RepairForge does not owe service credits for downtime. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to schedule maintenance during off-peak hours where feasible.
15. Backups and Disaster Recovery
RepairForge may maintain routine backups and disaster recovery procedures designed to protect platform integrity. These measures are intended for operational resilience and are not a substitute for your own business continuity planning.
You remain responsible for exporting or archiving Customer Data that is critical to your business and for verifying the accuracy of accounting, tax, and regulatory records maintained in RepairForge or synced to third-party systems.
16. Suspension and Termination
RepairForge may suspend or limit access to the Services immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, engaged in fraudulent activity, failed to pay amounts when due, or used the Services in a manner that could harm RepairForge or other customers.
You may cancel your subscription through account settings or by contacting support@getrepairforge.com, subject to any minimum commitment or notice period stated at purchase. RepairForge may terminate free accounts or trials at any time with or without notice.
17. Effect of Termination
Upon expiration or termination of your subscription, your right to access the Services ceases. RepairForge may delete Customer Data after a reasonable export window, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
Termination does not relieve you of obligation to pay outstanding fees accrued prior to termination.
18. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REPAIRFORGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
RepairForge is not a payment institution, accounting firm, or legal advisor. Integrations with Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, and Google Calendar are provided for convenience; you are responsible for compliance with laws and contractual obligations applicable to your use of those services.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL REPAIRFORGE OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REPAIRFORGE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REPAIRFORGE FOR THE SERVICES DURING THAT TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD (OR, IF NO FEES WERE PAID, ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100)).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, RepairForge’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
20. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RepairForge and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Customer Data or your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; (c) your interactions with end customers or third parties; or (d) disputes between you and your employees, contractors, or integration vendors.
RepairForge will provide reasonable notice of a claim subject to indemnification. You may not settle any claim in a manner that imposes an obligation on RepairForge or admits fault by RepairForge without our prior written consent.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
22. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact RepairForge at support@getrepairforge.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within sixty (60) days, either party may pursue remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Kansas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, RepairForge may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
23. Export Compliance
The Services may be subject to U.S. and international export control and sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in a country or region embargoed by the United States or designated as prohibited, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You will not use or export the Services in violation of applicable export laws.
24. Changes to Terms
RepairForge may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required by law (for example, email or in-product notification). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where your explicit consent is required.
If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 16.
