Built by a repair industry veteran
RepairForge was not built from theory.
RepairForge was created by Nathan Jobe after decades on the counter, at the bench, and in the back office - from microsoldering and board-level diagnostics to data recovery and running PixelNation. It was built from the pressure of running repairs, managing customers, tracking parts, and trying to keep a real shop moving.
Meet the founder
Nathan Jobe
Founder, RepairForge · Owner, PixelNation
For more than 20 years, I've worked in the repair industry, from the front counter to advanced microsoldering, board-level diagnostics, and data recovery. Before launching PixelNation, I worked in multiple repair shops and experienced firsthand the operational challenges shop owners face every day.
RepairForge was born from that experience. After years of using software that only solved part of the problem, I set out to build the platform I always wished existed - one designed specifically for the way real repair shops operate.
The path to RepairForge
From the bench to building the platform independent shops deserve.

Early Career
Began working in electronics and repair over 20 years ago, building hands-on skills from the ground up.
Milestone 2
Industry Experience
Worked in several repair shops, learning customer service, diagnostics, and operational workflows from the front counter to the bench.
Milestone 3
Technical Specialization
Developed advanced expertise in microsoldering, board-level repair, and data recovery for complex device failures.
Milestone 4
Launch of PixelNation
Founded PixelNation to deliver premium repair services and build a customer-focused local business grounded in quality work.
Milestone 5
Identifying the Software Gap
Discovered that existing repair shop software was expensive, bloated, and disconnected from real-world workflows.
Milestone 6
Building RepairForge
Started developing RepairForge to give independent repair shops a modern platform built by someone who has lived the work.
Why RepairForge exists
After years of frustration with generic software that did not truly fit the repair industry, Nathan built RepairForge to unify tickets, point of sale, inventory, payments, customer updates, and automation in one modern workspace designed by someone who has lived every part of the job.
Our mission
Our vision
We're building more than software. We're building the operating system for the modern repair shop.
Whether you are a solo technician or a multi-location organization, RepairForge is designed to scale with you—from the first ticket to a larger, more disciplined operation.
Built for the real world of repair
What drives us
We did not build RepairForge to be another software option. We built it because independent repair shops deserve tools as serious as the work they do every day.
